Making the penis longer, adding a few more inches - for some men, this desire becomes an almost obsessive idea. An idea that urges you to dangerous experiments, some of which turn out to be sheer financial loss, waste of time and deep disappointment, and some of them - a forced visit to the urologist and long-term treatment.
The problem with the size of the penis really does exist. Some men are born with a very small penis, which makes it difficult for them to fully satisfy women's sexual needs. Sometimes men with such "problems" turn to private medical clinics, and doctors can offer help to men with small penises. Unfortunately, urologists are much more likely to have to deal with the sad consequences of "home" attempts to enlarge the penis.
Which member can be called small?
The concept of the "norm" for male genitalia is quite arbitrary. Too much is determined here by the individual anatomical features of a given couple. But there are so-called "averages" that we can use to talk about whether a man's penis is small, normal, or too big.
The starting point here is the depth of the female vagina. In nulliparous women, this number fluctuates within 7 centimeters. In women who have given birth, the depth of the vagina is approximately four inches. In addition, the vagina can lengthen 150-200% during arousal. So, the conventional concept of the norm in terms of the length of the penis can be viewed as values of 10-20 centimeters. A longer penis will cause a woman discomfort or even pain, and a penis that is too small does not allow full filling of an excited vagina and can become an obstacle to a woman's sexual satisfaction.
Useless (and dangerous! ) Ways to enlarge your penis
The internet is literally crammed with a multitude of suggestions for increasing the length of a penis by 10-15 centimeters, which in itself should be both alarming and questioning. Besides being useless, all of these "miracle methods" can often cause harm. There are 4 main groups of wrong ways to "upgrade" a member.
1. Ointments, creams, gels
All "miraculous" ointments on "Chinese" or "Tibetan" herbs are useless at best. In the worst case, they can trigger an allergic skin reaction, which then has to be treated by a urologist or dermatologist.
2. Manual stretching
A simple "old-fashioned" method, the essence of which is to stretch the penis lengthways with your hands. You can also try making the ear or nose bigger, for example.
3. Extender
Extenders are special devices with which you can keep your penis "stretched" for many hours in a row. Extenders are almost invisible under trousers and can therefore be worn for as long as you like, but even this does not have the desired effect. Some men carry small weights attached to the penis instead of extenders. This does not produce any results either, but the risk of injury to the protein membrane or the erectile tissue of the penis increases significantly.
4. Vacuum pumps
In addition to being practically useless, the method is also associated with a high risk of microtrauma to the soft tissues of the penis, which can lead to Peyronie's disease and other uncomfortable problems. Using a vacuum pump makes sense for erectile dysfunction, but certainly not for penis enlargement.
So is there a solution to the problem?
Today urology can only offer men one guaranteed method of penis enlargement - the ligamentotomy. This is a surgical operation that essentially severes the frenum, which is the ligament that secures the penis to the pelvic bone. Depending on the individual characteristics, this method can enlarge the penis by 2-5 centimeters by releasing the previously hidden part of the penis.
Having a ligamentotomy performed by a qualified urological surgeon minimizes the likelihood of post-operative complications and moves the male penis from the "small" to the "normal" category, which can sometimes be a crucial factor in saving a marriage. Unfortunately, there is no other way to correct such a natural defect than a small penis.
